Tudor College London offers NVQ Health and Social Care Level 2. Level 3 and Level 4. 

This is a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) course and is well recognised within the 'Care' industry. NVQ Level 3 is equivalent to 'A' level and students can progress to study a 'Nursing' degree course at a UK University. 

Tudor College London can refer you to work experience job placement company.  Tudor College London is NOT involved in obtaining work permit for students.

Certificates awarded by OCR

The National Vocational Qualifications are competence based and therefore differ from traditional examination based courses.

NVQ Courses are based on Competence and to obtain the complete qualification for any particular level, you will be required to complete compulsory and optional  units  and be competent in performng your practical 'care'  duties  within the NVQ framework and  knowledge specifications of the units.

• various methods are used to assess competence
• there are no 'closed book' examinations
• they take account of previous experience
• they allow the individual to work and achieve at their own pace

Students studying NVQ Health and Social Care at Tudor College will study General English and IELTS as a continuing support to improve in their English proficiency.

1) Use and develop methods and systems to communicate record and report (41)
2) Contribute to the development and maintenance of healthy and safe practices in the working environment
3) Take responsibility for the continuing professional development of self and others
4) Develop practices which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals

Students studying  NVQ Health and Social Care at Tudor College will have the opportunity to study academic IELTS as well as General English.

Students will be assessed externally by the independent body OCR
